2026 Outreach Promos Midyear Review

Growth, Recognition & our Continuing Evolution

We are officially six months into the year, and wow, it’s been a ride! In the midst of uncertain economic times, I’m so proud of what our team has accomplished.

Each year, our team creates an annual plan with a specific theme.

In 2024, our theme was “The Year of Process & Consistency”, where we focused on process documentation, process improvement, and consistent operational excellence.

In 2025, our theme was “The Year of Growth”, where we implemented a more consistent marketing approach, increased our investment in sales and established consistent team development sessions.

This year’s theme is “Marketing, Sales, and Innovation”, with a focus on investments in our online presence, amplified sales and partnership efforts, and the improved use of technology tools to deliver our best for our customers.

As I reflect on the first half of 2026, I wanted to share five impactful notes on our story so far:

  1. We officially became a partner of HRACO, the HR Association of Central Ohio. This partnership allows us to engage more with HR leaders in the community and help HRACO further their programs.
  2. New website launched. Outreachpromos.com received a facelift, with enhanced content and functionality.
  3. Deeper relationships and industry knowledge through industry conferences including the commonsku CEO Summit and the S&S Growth Summit.
  4. Improved operations through a revamped inventory management process, new internal project management dashboards, and staffing changes.
  5. Smart50 Honoree. I was fortunate to be recognized as a Smart50 honoree in 2026, a program that recognizes the top executives of 50 companies in the Central Ohio region for their ability to effectively build and lead savvy organizations.

The first half saw a slower start to the year in terms of achieving our growth plans. However, I’m excited to share that we closed out the first half of the year at 2x our 2025 YTD sales! This growth is exciting for our team, as it allows us to continue our investments in our business and the community through our work leading Small Biz Cares.

As we look ahead, we are continuing to address our 2026 theme of marketing, sales and innovation while also preparing for a busy fall and winter season, as many organizations look at securing branded merch for fall events and holiday gifts as well as setting up new Brandstores for 2027 employee merch programs.

Thank you to our customers for trusting in Outreach Promos, to our partners for your impact in our work, and to our team for helping deliver an excellent experience.
